Transaction Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Manager to support its growing platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate the proposal and transaction pipeline for real estate investment sales and financing
• Manage deadlines, milestones, and updates during the production cycle of proposals and transactions
• Coordinate between the transaction team, firm departments, and third parties for various tasks and events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in management, finance, or a related discipline preferred
• Experience or familiarity with commercial real estate transactions is a plus
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects and tasks
• Strong ability to delegate, manage, and coordinate projects and tasks
• Independent thinker who is proactive and professional in client interactions
