Key Responsibilities
- Maintain artifacts and resources for the Transformation team's portfolio of initiatives and projects
- Support project coordination through notetaking, presentation development, and scheduling meetings
- Assist with administrative needs, including team meeting coordination and liaising with central administration teams
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience managing complex calendars and organizing a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to manage change effectively
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and creative thinking
- Experience in a university or educational setting is preferred
