A company is looking for a Transport Coordinator to manage requests for ambulance assistance and transport.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, record, and manage requests for ambulance assistance from medical facilities
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation and data entry for each shift
- Generate applicable reports and relay instructions and emergency information from supervisors
Required Qualifications
- One (1) year of experience in a call center environment preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of basic computer applications and equipment usage
- Must have reliable high-speed internet access
