Job Summary
A company is looking for a Travel Administrator to manage and assist with travel requests in compliance with policies and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assist travelers and leadership with travel requests and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Conduct follow-ups with travelers to ensure timely submission of trip reports and expense information
- Attend status meetings to communicate issues and gather feedback for travel requests
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in travel and event coordination
- 3+ years of experience in trip report preparation and visit scheduling
- Knowledge of Joint Travel Regulation (JTR)
- Secret clearance
- Associate's degree
