Travel Experience Counselor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Travel Experience Counselor II.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and complete travel arrangements (air, hotel, car, rail)
• Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations
• Handle a wide range of bookings and resolve any issues that occur during travel

Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years' experience as a Travel Consultant or 5 years in customer service
• Advanced knowledge of GDS (Sabre or Amadeus)
• Fluent in Romanian and English
• Strong teamworking skills and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow
