Treasury Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Treasury Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and product support for Treasury Solutions and assist clients with migrations or changes
• Support testing of new applications and document system issues while escalating when necessary
• Manage client outreach and deliver support for moderate to high complexity initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of customer service experience with direct client interaction
• 5+ years of technical support experience
• Experience in banking, financial services, treasury, and cash management
• Familiarity with ACH, Wire, SWIFT, and Lockbox banking applications
