Key Responsibilities

• Own the UGC production process, including concept development, talent sourcing, and video editing
• Translate client briefs into effective UGC concepts and manage multiple projects efficiently
• Collaborate with strategists and producers, coaching talent to create high-quality content

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in UGC production and editing
• Portfolio of self-edited UGC is required
• 4-year college degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Deep knowledge of video editing tools and familiarity with performance metrics
• Exceptional organizational skills and understanding of compelling short-form content
