Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founding Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the complete design journey, from user insights to mockups and final product
• Collaborate with engineering and GTM teams to build a design system and enhance user interactions
• Shape the visual aspects of the company, including product interfaces, website, and marketing materials

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, particularly for B2B SaaS products
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Experience in quickly iterating designs based on user feedback
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams
• Experience with AI-driven product design is a plus
