Key Responsibilities
- Provide analytical and operational support for the UKG Pro WFM platform
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to configure and optimize system functionality
- Ensure data integrity and support workforce planning initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field, or 3+ years related UKG Pro WFM experience
- 2-4 years of experience implementing UKG Pro WFM with hands-on configuration and optimization
- Ability to troubleshoot in-depth application issues
- Strong understanding of UKG Pro WFM workflow
