Job Summary

A company is looking for a UKG Pro WFM Consultant - Remote (Retail Industry).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead efforts around Optimized Scheduling, utilizing machine learning and schedule generation strategies
• Drive accurate volume and labor forecasting using Advanced Scheduling
• Collaborate with site leadership to enhance and resolve issues related to Advanced Scheduling modules

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM)
• 5+ years of experience with UKG Pro WFM Advanced Scheduling
• Experience in requirements gathering
• Technical guidance and mentorship experience
• Ability to develop and maintain a support knowledge base
