Job Summary
A company is looking for a UKG Reporting Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Produces reports based on data analysis, user input, and system testing
- Provides daily technical support for UKG, responding to inquiries and ensuring smooth processes
- Assists in implementing recommended modifications and enhancements to the system
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in systems support/administration for HR systems
- Recent HRIS experience must be with UKG (Ultipro Core/HCM)
- Experience in creating reports from HRIS with a large focus on reporting
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (vlookups, filters, large data sets, basic pivot tables)
- This is not a functional HR role nor a HRIS development/configuration role
