Job Summary

A company is looking for a UM Administration Coordinator 2.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical support for medical management teams, including handling mail related to appeals and denials
  • Enter information into the Medical Service Review system and compose correspondence letters
  • Respond to documentation requests from Defense Health Agency and TRICARE Quality Monitoring Contract
Required Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to Department of Defense contract
  • 1 or more years of administrative and technical support experience
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
  • Must live within a commutable distance to the office location
  • Must be able to sit or stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 30 lbs
