Key Responsibilities
- Process policy-related transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Review and verify policy applications, endorsements, and cancellations
- Handle inquiries from policyholders and agents, providing timely information
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree preferred; business or technology-related degree a plus
- 1 - 3 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in insurance
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office Excel and Word skills required
- SQL knowledge is a plus
- Experience with core business systems and applications preferred
