User Education Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Education Associate to enhance customer success through effective training and educational content development.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain digital training materials, including videos and in-app tooltips
• .Contribute to the improvement of the Knowledge Base and support documentation efforts
• .Host customer webinars in collaboration with Marketing and Product teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1-4 years of experience in building educational/training content
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders on projects
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and digital tools
• Understanding of best practices in training and customer enablement
• Experience in the Higher Education space is a plus
