User Experience Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Experience Designer to join their UX Product Design team on a six-month remote contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered solutions to enhance the claims adjuster experience
• Create digital tools aimed at improving efficiency and reducing costs for claims adjusters
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and integrate user feedback into design solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in UX/product design
• Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, Design Thinking, and human-centered design
• Proven expertise in at least two core disciplines: visual design, UX design, prototyping, information architecture, or user research
• Online portfolio showcasing UX work and/or case studies
