Job Summary
A company is looking for a User Researcher to work with product and design teams to conduct user research and generate actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with teams to scope and lead tactical research, communicate findings, and assist in planning
- Create impactful deliverables that communicate insights and recommendations to drive action
- Manage the research process, including planning, conducting activities, and reporting results
Required Qualifications
- BS or MS in Interaction Design, Cognitive Science, HCI, Anthropology, Psychology, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years' experience in user research for digital products, preferably for technical users
- Strong understanding of user needs and ability to generate actionable insights
- Proven knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Familiarity with data collection and analysis tools such as Qualtrics and Amplitude
