Job Summary
A company is looking for a User Researcher to conduct user research and generate actionable insights for product and design teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership and teams to scope and lead tactical research, drive decisions, and communicate findings
- Create impactful deliverables that communicate insights and recommendations effectively
- Manage the research process from planning to reporting and contribute to research practices and guidelines
Required Qualifications
- BS or MS in Interaction Design, Cognitive Science, HCI, Anthropology, Psychology, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years' experience in planning and conducting user research for digital products
- Strong understanding of the digital product lifecycle and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Proven knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Familiarity with data collection and analysis tools such as Qualtrics and Amplitude
