Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy workforce management strategies and templates for call centers
- Analyze trends related to call handle time and volume to improve forecasts and plans
- Maintain staffing requirements and manage HR-related activities to ensure compliance
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience with Workforce Management methodologies in call centers
- Expert level understanding of call center operations, processes, and analytics
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Preferred certifications such as Six Sigma, PMI, or Workforce Certification
