A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to deliver customer service and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and troubleshoot advanced equipment issues
- Document and update records in required information systems
- Deescalate customer concerns and resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must obtain a Burglar Alarm License through the Division of Occupations and Professional Licensing with the State of Utah
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
- Must have a computer running Windows 10 or higher with specific hardware requirements
- Must have reliable wired internet connection with specified speeds
