Utilization Management Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Utilization Management Phone Representative - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming calls and maintain a log of call reasons
• Assist patients with referral and determination inquiries using referral management systems
• Input verbal referral requests and manage documentation for referral management functions

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience in a medical environment, office, or clinic
• Experience with computers and Windows-based programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm PST, with potential for occasional overtime
