Key Responsibilities
- Scan, upload, and label case documents into appropriate case files
- Process referrals and manage medical files within designated deadlines
- Assist with overflow administrative tasks, including data entry and internet research
Required Qualifications and Education
- High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
- Basic medical terminology knowledge
- Strong organizational skills
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and email
- Ability to maintain a HIPAA compliant home office environment
