UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Designer I to craft intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employ a user-centered design approach to validate and refine product requirements
• Design UX and UI deliverables from concept to execution, including wireframes and prototypes
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and advocate for best practices

Required Qualifications:

• A strong portfolio showcasing visual design and user-centered UI/UX design work
• 3-5 years of professional experience in visual design and UI/UX design for digital products
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe XD; experience with Figma or Sketch is a plus
• Strong understanding of usability principles and experience working collaboratively in Agile/SCRUM environments
