UX Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Product Designer to join their Oil & Gas clients' Digital Solutions Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply innovative ideas to create next-generation software products and design comprehensive product experiences
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product features
• Manage the end-to-end design process, including prototyping, testing, and delivering final designs

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Design, Art, Communication, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
• 5-10 years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency in prototyping tools and basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Experience with user research methodologies and knowledge of design systems
