UX Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Program Manager.

• Drive completion and handoff of annotated UX designs to engineering teams
• Manage UX leadership review cadences and collaborate on shared schedules
• Plan and execute UX design sprints and ensure alignment across teams

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as a product UX Program Manager
• Experience working on mobile app programs in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to balance shifting priorities from executive stakeholders
• Strong advocacy for UX and UXR teams with a clear point of view
• Proven collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
