Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with researchers, designers, PMs, and engineers to define and deliver impactful products
• Develop and execute research roadmaps, leading studies throughout the product development cycle
• Manage research vendors and deliver insights in a clear, shareable format

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in a human behavior related field (e.g., human-computer interaction, psychology, sociology)
• Relevant experience in user experience or applied research settings
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers
• Hands-on experience with primary research methods like interviews and usability testing
• Ability to translate research findings into strategic narratives
