Job Summary

A company is looking for a Value-Based Care Business Analyst to generate insights for value-based contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze claims and clinical data to assess performance under value-based contracts and maintain reports in Tableau and Excel
• Evaluate financial performance of value-based contracts and provide insights for optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and support data-driven decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in finance, healthcare administration, economics, business administration, or related field; master's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in financial analytics and reporting within healthcare, focusing on value-based care contracts
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint; Tableau or PowerBI experience preferred
• Experience analyzing claims and clinical data, preferably with Epic
• A combination of education and experience may substitute for the above requirements
