Varicent Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Varicent developer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of the Varicent ICM platform
• Develop calculation logic, data transformations, and reporting metrics using Varicent tools
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and interpret compensation plan requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience with Varicent (formerly IBM ICM/SPM) development
• Proven expertise in Varicent Composer, Reports Studio, and Web Admin tools
• Strong hands-on skills with SQL, data warehousing, and ETL tools
• Experience integrating Varicent with CRM, ERP, and HR platforms
