- Manage vendor relationships and support onboarding and training for new vendors
- Conduct invoice reconciliation and reporting, troubleshooting discrepancies and disputes
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, finance, or operations role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with vendor management platforms is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong adherence to processes
