Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Management Coordinator (Day Shift - Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for clinical supplies operations and administrative activities
  • Coordinate with vendors and assist with vendor management for outsourced clinical supplies services
  • Ensure compliance with company good practices and client requirements while managing purchase orders and vendor interactions
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational qualifications may be required
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Solid understanding of the Clinical Supply process, including manufacturing and logistics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Intermediate English proficiency with good communication skills
