Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vendor Management Coordinator for a fully remote position on a day shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of study drug and ancillary management
- Coordinate with vendors and assist in vendor management for outsourced clinical supplies services
- Ensure compliance with company practices and client requirements while maintaining oversight of purchase orders and vendor services
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational qualification preferred
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in clinical supplies or related field
- Solid understanding of the clinical supply process including manufacturing and logistics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work independently with moderate supervision and adapt to changing environments
