Key Responsibilities
- Manage 3rd party vendors by analyzing KPIs and SLAs to ensure high-level service output
- Collaborate with internal teams to support operational goals and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor vendor contract compliance and performance assessments through various reporting tools
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in vendor management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to work independently and possess strong interpersonal skills
- Computer proficiency in CMMS
