- Work closely with the Engineering team to stay updated on new features and enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the veterinary industry
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or related roles
- Experience in a fast-paced support environment
- Proactive in resolving support requests before escalation
- Familiarity with productivity software and tools like Attio and Intercom
