Required Qualifications

- 15+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in sales or general management in the CRO, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device industries
- Proven sales history with global responsibility and account management experience
- In-depth knowledge of the CRO industry and clinical trial processes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build high-performing teams
