Vice President of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Engineering to lead the Infinia organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow engineering teams responsible for critical infrastructure of the Infinia distributed data platform
• Define and execute the architectural vision for scalable and highly available storage systems
• Hire, coach, and retain top-tier engineering talent while cultivating a high-performance engineering culture

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in systems software, storage engineering, or infrastructure platforms
• 8+ years in senior engineering leadership roles managing large multi-functional teams
• Deep expertise in storage architectures, filesystems, and distributed data systems
• Strong proficiency in low-level systems programming (C/C++/Rust) and performance tuning
• Proven ability to deliver platform software focusing on performance, reliability, and scale
