Vice President of Product

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Product for Workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a product portfolio vision and strategy for assessment, education, and career exploration products
• Own and strengthen the P&L of the product line to drive revenue and profit growth
• Lead cross-functional teams to define and execute product roadmaps and initiatives

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of product management leadership experience, particularly in B2B education or assessment markets
• Experience driving profitability and revenue growth of product lines exceeding $50M
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform product decisions
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field
