Job Summary
A company is looking for a VIP Team Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the VIP Retention Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise up to 20 team members and ensure retention goals are met
- Monitor team performance through call reviews, coaching, and statistical analysis
- Analyze VIP retention inquiries and support departmental cost and revenue initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word and Excel
- Experience in performance management and conducting performance reviews
- Ability to analyze data to address customer-related needs effectively
