Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or proven track record in a growth portfolio
- 3-5 years of experience in the Performance Materials Industry, preferably in sales
- 2+ years of management or supervisory experience, with internal organizational knowledge accepted
- B2B sales supervision experience required
- Strong leadership skills in mentoring and motivating teams
