Voice Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Voice Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Cisco Unified Communications infrastructure and manage Session Border Controllers for Microsoft Teams Direct Routing
• Provide Tier 3 support for complex voice-related incidents and monitor system health and performance
• Collaborate with telecom carriers and maintain accurate documentation of configurations and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise voice engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and related technologies
• Proven experience configuring and maintaining Microsoft Teams Direct Routing with SBCs
• In-depth knowledge of SIP, RTP, QoS, VoIP call flow, and troubleshooting
