A company is looking for a Voice Engineer- SME.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance for system implementations, troubleshooting, and operational support
- Mentor Voice Services team members and support the development of new contact center capabilities
- Coordinate vendor interactions and perform daily system monitoring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Proven experience with Genesys Engage, Genesys Cloud, NICE CXone, or similar contact center platforms
- Intermediate Cisco routing and switching/data networking skills
- Strong understanding of network and voice infrastructures including LAN, WAN, and VOIP best practices
- ITIL v3 Foundations certification required
