Key Responsibilities
- Define, deliver, and manage the lifecycle of voice technology products
- Manage strategic product vision, discovery, roadmaps, and backlog
- Collaborate with stakeholders to execute go-to market and communication strategies
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in project management and managing senior management expectations
- Experience in customer journey mapping
- High expertise in telephony systems such as Avaya, Amazon Connect, Cisco, or Genesys
- Comprehensive understanding of call center operations and call routing design
- Familiarity with data querying languages like SQL, MySQL, or R
