Key Responsibilities
- Process new applicants and conduct screening interviews as needed
- Track and maintain onboarding
- Create and run reports, analyzing data and results
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative and data-driven tasks
- Experience with CRM and Salesforce
- Non-profit and volunteer coordinator experience is a plus
- Ability to address and escalate data discrepancies
- Part-time availability for 20 hours per week
