Volunteer Relations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Volunteer Relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day operations of the Community and Student Volunteer programs
• Lead training sessions and provide feedback to volunteers for their development
• Assist in external recruitment and relationship building to enhance the volunteer program

Required Qualifications:

• BSW, MSW, LCSW, LMHC, or related degrees required
• Preferred experience in social work, counseling, psychology, or 3+ years in a crisis care setting
• Demonstrated knowledge of LGBTQ+ issues and crisis management protocols
• Commitment to staff wellness with a trauma-informed approach
• Quiet work environment with high-speed internet access
