Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP of Client Consulting, working remotely anywhere in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer business objectives and conduct regular advisory meetings
- Execute a consultative sales strategy and drive strategic alignment for client growth
- Manage client relationships at the Director level and assist with best practice identification
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Benefit Administration sales and client success
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with Employee/Health and Welfare Benefits and web-based Benefit Technology
- Proven track record of retaining and growing client partnerships
- GBA, CEBS, or PHR designations preferred
