Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP, Payer Pricing & Economics.
Key Responsibilities
- Own pricing and cost strategy across benefit drugs, including acquisition cost optimization and rebate structures
- Lead negotiation and management of manufacturer rebate agreements and contracts with pharmacy partners
- Monitor pricing trends and market dynamics to inform strategic planning and pricing decisions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in PBM, pharmacy network contracting, or pharmaceutical pricing
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiation with pharmacy networks and manufacturers
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare regulations
