Key Responsibilities
- Execute the consulting division's strategic plans and ensure alignment with overall business strategy
- Lead consulting sales efforts within provider organizations across the United States
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients and industry partners to drive successful engagements
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of consulting experience in the healthcare provider landscape, preferably at the VP or C-suite level
- Proven success managing a multi-million-dollar new business quota and client retention goals
- Deep knowledge of the healthcare RCM space and value-based care models
- Leadership experience in building and mentoring consulting teams
