Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fire Protection Specialist to ensure safety and compliance for an advanced nuclear reactor project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and track administrative and operating procedures for the nuclear reactor project
• Collaborate with departments for procedure reviews and maintain an effective procedure database
• Engage with industry peers and regulatory organizations to enhance procedure development and compliance

Required Qualifications and Education:

• Minimum of 3 years as a commercial nuclear power plant operator or 5 years in writing nuclear power plant procedures
• Demonstrated expertise in Nuclear Fire Protection
• Experience with Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited (NEIL) is essential
• Professional certification in procedure writing is preferred
• Strong knowledge of nuclear power plant systems and terminology
