Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Regulatory Contract Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contracts between the Health Plan and State Regulatory Agency, including evaluation, review, and negotiation
- Analyze state and federal health care laws and advise management on compliance with regulatory requirements
- Oversee Medicaid Regulatory Operations/Compliance program and coordinate responses to Medicaid Agency inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of combined experience in contract drafting and legal research
- Knowledge of the health care industry, particularly government services and applicable laws
- Familiarity with Medicare and/or Medicaid insurance regulations preferred
- Remote position within the state of Washington with in-person meeting attendance as needed
