Job Summary
A company is looking for an RN Call Assist to provide telephone triage assessment to Primary Care patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide health advice and referrals to consumers with clinical questions via telephone using approved protocols
- Document calls and inquiries in a timely manner according to department standards
- Ensure performance standards are met while delivering superior customer service to internal and external customers
Required Qualifications
- Unrestricted WA State or Compact RN license
- 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting (Med/Surg, critical care, ER, etc.)
- Experience in disease management, home health, discharge planning, utilization review, and patient education
- Telephonic nursing experience is preferred
- Case Management experience is a plus
