I used to work content mod for a different company. Here’s what you should ask before applying: Do they rotate shifts with exposure to explicit content? How much mental health support is available? What’s the case volume per shift? $80K sounds amazing, but if you’re emotionally exhausted after 2 months, no salary makes up for it. That said, if this is light mod (like product reviews), it could be a unicorn role.

I’m super interested but wondering what the career path looks like. Can content mods grow into trust & safety, community ops, or even policy teams at Wayfair? Or do most people use this as a stepping stone elsewhere?

Do they actually offer good health and dental insurance or just the legally required stuff? A lot of places throw “comprehensive” around and then stick you with garbage-tier coverage. Anyone got the plan breakdown or a benefits guide from inside?

I’ve been looking for a job where I can work independently, focus on detail, and not talk on the phone with angry customers Does anyone know what kind of training they offer? And is it paid hourly or salaried during the onboarding phase?
