JAOLA is a small but bold community-based company offering in-home care, legal document prep, and custom tech support tools. We’re seeking a **Web & Automation Lead** to help build and manage the tech backbone of our services.

This is a **remote, flexible, startup-stage leadership role**, perfect for a freelance web dev, student designer, or automation nerd who wants to help scale something meaningful.
• *What You’ll Do:**

– Design or update websites for JAOLA or client-facing services

– Build out smart forms, email integrations, and dashboards (Google Forms, JotForm, Zapier, etc.)

– Manage website content, pages, and basic functionality (HTML, CSS, or no-code tools like Carrd, Wix, WordPress)

– Create automation flows for intake, email responses, or internal coordination

– Coordinate with the founder and assist other leads with their tech needs
• *You’re a good fit if you:**

– Have experience with freelance web design or no-code tools

– Can figure out technical fixes (JS, automations, workflows) even if it takes trial & error

– Know how to stay organized and update things regularly

– Understand how to design for accessibility, clarity, and mobile-first use

– Are ready to grow as the company grows
• *Pay Note:**

This is a **startup-stage leadership role**. It is currently **unpaid or per-project** until funded. You’ll be first in line for paid web contracts and permanent technical roles when income scales.
